SHIPPING & HANDLING

Our orders are processed Monday through Friday and we aim to have your MIILS shipped and delivered within 1-5 business days. On Fridays, orders may be processed on the following business day.

During busy times such as new product releases or holidays, please be aware that delivery times may be slower.

 

COURIERS

We use a variety of couriers, the most suitable of which is chosen on your behalf based on your location and the service you have selected. Our couriers include, but are not limited to USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx Economy.

MISSING PACKAGES

The faster you follow these steps, the better the chances are of you recovering your package quickly.

First, confirm your shipping address did not have any typos or missing information by going to your shipping notification email and clicking the link to "View your order".

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the purchaser, minus a restocking and handling fee.

If your shipping address is incorrect, the fastest way to retrieve your package may be to travel to that address and pick up the package. If you are not near that address, you can try contacting them to see if they can help get it to you, or wait for them to send the package back to us as “Return to Sender”.

If there are no errors in your shipping address, please follow the steps below to try and recover your package:

  1. Check to see if the package was dropped off at any of your neighbors' places or places with similar addresses. 
  2. If you live in a residence that has an office that receives packages for you, you might also try checking (and double checking) with them to make sure they haven't received anything.
  3. If your residence has a parcel locker, check for a key in your mailbox.
  4. Occasionally carriers will mistakenly mark an order as delivered before they've actually delivered it (sometimes up to 48 hours early). Contact the carrier's customer support and let them know your order was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it.
  5. If the final delivery of your package was with USPS, contact your local USPS office.
  6. Submit a missing package claim with the carrier. UPS / USPS / FedEx

If you haven't received any updates from the carrier after 7 business days have passed since contacting them or submitting a claim, please email us at hello@drinkmiils.com and we will do what we can to help!

***Should your package go missing, we will offer assistance to the best of our ability. However, ultimately, lost packages are the responsibility of the delivery service, and we are unable to provide replacements or refunds for such instances.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII & ALASKA

Due to higher carrier costs, orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska incurs an additional shipping fee. This ensures we can continue to offer reliable and timely service to all regions.

Please note that promotional free shipping offers may not apply to orders shipped to these states.
