This is the first protein drink I’ve had that I actually crave and look forward to. I really dislike sugar alternatives (like stevia) but the monk fruit sweetener works so well with these. The crunchy texture and taste is so good. I’m always on the run since I have a four year old, and this has been such a great alternative to fast food or something unhealthy for me to eat when I’m just trying to get out the door.
I really like the product. The only thing I'd change or like to be changed. Is the top on the pouch. It should to the far right or left, not in the middle. Because if you don't have a straw you can drink easily if the top is on either side.

As a flight attendant, and as someone who is trying to balance a healthier diet and lifestyle, these have absolutely been the biggest game changer thus far. They are so convenient to have in place of a meal, as a snack, on the go when I have little time to sit and eat or at the airports when I’m on the run. They don’t take any space up in my bag and are ready in 10 seconds, literally just filling the pouch up to the line with your choice of water, milk, or milk alternatives (protein almond milk being my favorite ❤️) I am so glad to have found these and will absolutely choose these from here on out :)

On the bright side, everyone that walked into the room said it smelled good. I drink Miils as a breakfast replacement during those busy mornings going to work. Sometimes, I dont get a filling breakfast. When I drink Miils around 6:30 AM. I'm good until around 11:30 AM with a snack to hold me over till lunch. I'll definitely be buying more! Note to first time buyers: This drink has a bold chocolate flavor. So, make sure you love chocolate.
