Water: Open the cap, pour 6-8 oz. of cold water and shake well.

Back to preach the gospel of MIILS! My go-to flavor is Chocolate Crunch, not just because of how freakin' delicious it is (it's replaced baked goods and Snickers as my hit of sweetness when I'm craving desserts) but also for its versatility. Just water is enough for a chocolately milk treat, but if you wanna be fancy, mix in a cold, unsweetened chai or cold brew. My favorite mixer currently is a pumpkin spice cold brew - the chocolatey base of the Chocolate Crunch blends perfectly into a cozy spiced mocha! It's my favorite Youtube and chill bevvy as you can see - thank you MIILS!
Taste amazing! I added half almond milk and half cold water with some ice in the pouch & then mix it. The strawberries bananas are my kids’ fave. I also tried adding matcha powder and chia seeds in the pouch for extra protein. All wonderful!
This stuff is awesome!!! It honestly takes a lot for me to rave about a protein drink but this stuff is the best I’ve ever had!!! It really tastes like the milk leftover in your cereal bowl. Can’t recommend more!
I love miils so much! The variety pack was such a good way to try everything. I'll admit, the mocha wasnt for me, but I brought it to my work to give away and my co-workers are now obsessed!! I'm basically turning everyone onto Miils, it's my mission. :p
One request - if you guys are ever able, please consider a vegan shake! We have two vegan co workers who are dying to try a vegan version. Other than that - keep being delicious and awesome!!!
Ps. I was told the mocha with chocolate oat milk is BOMB
As a college athlete these are perfect, for when I’m on the go, pre or post workout, or a snack. These keep me going with 22g of protein and only 2g of sugar and all the vitamins I need for my healthy lifestyle.
I’ve only tried the strawberry banana so far, but dang it was good. So good, in fact, that I sprung for the big variety pack. The package came pretty fast, and in great condition. I have no complaints regarding the shipping or packing. The strawberry banana flavor is immaculate, and I can’t wait to try the other 3 flavors. The packaging of this product is such a great idea. The nutrition value is on point. I’m so in.
I have never found a better tasting protein in my life. Once I found them at sprouts I was addicted… Then finally the cookies and cream came back in stock online and I ordered the 24 pack… Time to refill again!!!!
This is the first protein drink I’ve had that I actually crave and look forward to. I really dislike sugar alternatives (like stevia) but the monk fruit sweetener works so well with these.
The crunchy texture and taste is so good.

I have my MIILS a couple hours after my HIT workouts or for breakfast when I want something light. Soooooo delicious.i seriously can’t believe how good these shakes are. Also, the convenience of pouring liquid it the pouch is genius.
As a flight attendant, I try to eat healthy while eat work but it’s hard to pack meals from home because I end up with a heavy bag. Miils is helping me stay on track with my protein goals, packing lightly, and they taste delicious!
It’s fast delivery. Which I love cause couldn’t wait to have it already on my hands! Pretty tasty love it as a post workout meal, last time I ordered 8-pack, this time 16 pack. Next time I’m sure I’ll be getting a 24-pack because as good as it is can’t get enough of it
this stuff is sooooo good. it tastes like strawberry pocky! the crunchy bits make it more like i’m actually eating something, and i stay full for hours instead of wanting to eat something immediately after. i didn’t have any milk product with me and so i tried it with water and to my surprise it’s still quite delicious.
I waited to try them all before writing a review! For consistency, I filled everything to the "rich flavor" line.
My favorite is the chocolate! That one is super yummy. The sweetness is just right and it tastes more like a medium-dark chocolate. The other two are good too. My second fave is the matcha because the earthiness of the tea helps balance out the sweetness.
What I originally thought would be my favorite is my least but it's still okay. The strawberry is rather sweet so I'd need to add more water or milk to the "light flavor" line. The toppings in that one also feel a little more stale than the other two, which I think is the fault of the dried strawberry pieces. Freeze dried fruit gets soft/lose it's crisp quickly when in small pieces like that.
Overall, I'd likely just get the chocolate flavor next time but I think they're quite enjoyable!
As a flight attendant, and as someone who is trying to balance a healthier diet and lifestyle, these have absolutely been the biggest game changer thus far. They are so convenient to have in place of a meal, as a snack, on the go when I have little time to sit and eat or at the airports when I’m on the run. They don’t take any space up in my bag and are ready in 10 seconds, literally just filling the pouch up to the line with your choice of water, milk, or milk alternatives (protein almond milk being my favorite ❤️) I am so glad to have found these and will absolutely choose these from here on out :)
Its been great to take this as my first meal of the day, mainly because i've been so busy its been hard to cook breakfast and make a meal. I think out of all the flavors, green tea and strawberry are my favorite, the chocolate is alright, but i've had better. My only qualms about MILS is that the crunchy bits are sometimes too hard...? also I don't think the dried strawberry bits work in the strawberry one... texturally they get soggy faster than the crunchy bits and then it's not as pleasant. I do like that it's a whey protein isolate and its a great amount of protein for one packet.
I’ve struggled to find a protein drink that I genuinely enjoy, but after trying Mills, I’m thoroughly impressed. The taste is exceptional, and I truly appreciate the added benefit of easily incorporating quality protein into my routine.
I really like the product. The only thing I'd change or like to be changed. Is the top on the pouch. It should to the far right or left, not in the middle. Because if you don't have a straw you can drink easily if the top is on either side.
I love Miils!! I’ve been looking for something that is nutritionally complete but still quick and delicious. So as a cereal lover this is my dream. I’m seriously not sure how they managed to make these taste so good and still be so good for you!
Not a normal breakfast person so I find this a easy way to get a tasty meal replacement in. Way better than normal protein powders and smoothies love the crunch cereal texture!
